The Aroma Freedom Technique (AFT) is a gentle, effective approach developed by Dr. Benjamin Perkus that uses essential oils to help shift attention away from distressing thoughts, feelings, and memories. It supports emotional release without requiring you to relive past experiences.
WILL I HAVE TO TALK ABOUT MY PAST IN DETAIL?
No. You are never required to relive or retell painful memories. This process is gentle and respects emotional boundaries.
DO I NEED EXPERIENCE WITH ESSENTIAL OILS?
Not at all. Everything is guided and explained. Simplicity and safety are prioritized.
WHAT WILL I FEEL AFTER THE SESSION?
Most clients describe feeling calmer, clearer, lighter, and more grounded in God’s presence. Results vary, but peace is often the first fruit.
IS THIS A ONE TIME SESSION?
Yes, it can be. Some clients choose to return for additional sessions, but each coaching hour stands on its own.

This customized plan will also showcase unique tips on how to use Young Living essential oils in your spiritual practices, creating a calming and centering experience that is sure to enhance your quiet time with God.
